Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your TrailFox account and the data associated with it. TrailFox is published by OakFox.

Delete from within the app

The quickest way is directly in the app:

1. Open TrailFox and go to the Family (Settings) screen.
2. On your account card, tap Delete account.
3. Enter your password to confirm.

Your account is then permanently deleted.

Request deletion by email

If you can no longer access the app, email us at nathan@oakfox.co.uk from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We will action the request and confirm by reply.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your account and sign-in details (email address).
• Your child profiles and any profile photos.
• Your nature journal entries and any journal photos.
• Your saved preferences and profile information.

This action cannot be undone. Records of in-app purchases held by Apple or Google for legal and accounting purposes are retained by those providers under their own policies.
